This platform is operated by the Jain School Association in collaboration with TECHSTECK SOLUTIONS LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

This platform is a non-profit initiative created for educational and social welfare purposes. All revenue, donations, subscriptions, or service charges generated through the platform are contributed towards the Jain School Association to support free and subsidized education programs for students.

By accessing or using this platform, website, application, or related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. NON-PROFIT PURPOSE

The platform operates solely for educational and social welfare purposes.

All proceeds generated through the platform are directed towards supporting:

• Free education programs
• Scholarships and financial assistance
• Educational infrastructure
• Student welfare initiatives
• Learning resources and community development

No part of the revenue is distributed as profit to any individual owner or shareholder.

are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit content, feedback, reviews, comments, or suggestions:

• You grant us the right to use, display, and distribute such content
• You confirm your content does not violate any law or third-party rights
• You remain solely responsible for the content submitted by you

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
